Shirley Boys' High School is a single sex school serving the eastern suburbs of Christchurch. Our purpose is to prepare rangatahi to succeed in their world.

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, engaging individual with expertise in supporting students and staff through effective pastoral care, which focuses on high standards and quality relationships. They will also take a lead role in improving student attendance to support positive student outcomes.

The successful applicant will have a background in middle or senior leadership, strong relationship skills, enjoy being part of a team, and will be required to make a commitment to the wider life of our school and community.
